Fisher County, TX – Sebastian Barragon, a 7th grade student at Roby CISD, has taken the first step to become an internationally recognized artist by winning a local competition sponsored by the Fisher County Lions Clubs.Sebastian is the son of Ruben and Angelica Barragon.

Aspermont ISD Trustees and administrators met with independent auditors late last month, where officials reviewed the 2024 year to hear that while the district saw a slight increase to its net position, it suffered a loss to its reserve funds but remains on solid financial footing moving forward.
