Old Glory News

PRAISE THE LORD: I got some rain and it was so wonderful. I got some in the early morning hours on Tuesday and then also a little in the early morning hours on Wednesday. It was so nice and slow, but the ground was so dry that it swallow up the rain drops so fast. Thank you Jesus.

Just a "Jailer"?

There seems to be a common mis conception of the "Jailers" of Fisher County and if I was guessing not just Fisher County but everywhere. I'm going to try to clear that up for all the citizens of Fisher County.

Are you part of a herd?

Life is an incredible journey, full of twists and unexpected turns. We are herd animals and were not created to make this journey alone. As most of you know, I was shocked in February to be diagnosed with Stage 4 Stomach Cancer.

CHECK YOUR MIRRORS

I like September 1. This day and month kick off the autumn season, dove hunting, and the start of school. I realize school starts, for the most part, in August. Officially, fall does not begin until September 22. But setting one’s personal calendar to preference is not a sin.
