As the cost of materials continues to rise, Rotan ISD Superintendent Greg Decker admitted he was hesitant to recommend moving forward with even small projects, with board members agreeing to halt fending upgrades at the football stadium for now.

The Roby Black 6 U softball team participated in the distrist tournament at Kirby Softball Complex-Abilene on May 6th. They played and won against teams from Stamford, Haskell, and Sweetwater earning rings and the title of District Champions.
