1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry 1 sheet - thawed 1/2 (cup?)peeled chopped apples 2 T sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Caramels 3 tsp heavy cream Toasted, chopped nuts (any kind) Oven 400 degrees Unfold puff pastry sheets. Roll pastry into 15x10 inch rectangle.
