Wow, what a week. Where did it go. Ann and I have decided we don’t know how our mothers and grandmothers got it all done. They washed with an old black washpot out in the yard. They did have a windbreak, but as I remember it wasn’t much.

Undoubtedly, you have seen them on the interstate, and you certainly can’t avoid them. They are a nuisance: they hold up traffic, are an eyesore, and are irritating. We blow the car horn at them, shake our fist, or worse, give the “one-finger salute” as we speed by.

Isn’t this a pretty Christmas season. Rotan, Roby, and Aspermont have just decorated all over the towns with Christmas decorations, and I’m so glad to see everybody enjoying them. We all need the enjoyment of this Christmas season. This weather is not helping us any, and our world is in turmoil.
