STAMFORD MAYOR, ROTAN CITY ATTORNEY INDICTED

Prosecutors allege James Michael Decker diverted approximately $308,000 from a Stamford community foundation, private estates and trusts, and a livestock association. Rotan officials are now considering what the case could mean for the city’s legal representation.
