Two of your favorite fans of adventures and exploring Robert and Paula Kelly with friends Bob and Sherry Robertson stopped off to visit and view Niagara Falls from the Canadian side. And yes we rode The Hornblower into the mist below the falls and got a wee bit wet.

Stonewall Memorial hosts Health Fair next week

The Stonewall Memorial Hospital District will be hosting a free community health fair next Tuesday, Oct. 10 at the Community Center in Aspermont. There will be food, gifts, prizes, and screenings and flu shots will be available.

Gov. Greg Abbott has called a third special session, this time about school choice, for next month. He is promising retribution for lawmakers who oppose his move to enact school vouchers in Texas, the Texas Tribune reported.

Fisher County 4-H shows out at West Texas Fair

The show season has started as members of Rotan FFA, Roby FFA and Fisher County 4-H traveled to Abilene for the West Texas Fair. Fisher 4-H took two JR. teams and one SR. individual to compete in Livestock Judging.
