The Stonewall County Cout met with Jake McAdams, regional project manager with Public Management on Monday, to whom the court later awarded the project management bid and greenlighted the company to pursue grant funding for a possible rural water project.

With time slipping away on the Chapter 313 agreements, Roby CISD designated a reinvestment zone and approved the subsequent tax abatement agreement Hill Country Wind Power Mesquite Star for the second phase of one of the state’s largest wind farm projects.
