TSTC employees honored for service

Texas State Technical College honored several employees for their service to the college during a recent employee appreciation day celebration. Andy Weaver, provost of the West Texas campuses, thanked each employee for their contributions to the college.

Rotan calls for toy donations

Stonewall Hospital settles controversial payment

In a meeting on Monday, the Stonewall Memorial Hospital District Board of Directors agreed to pay roughly $39,000 in travel expenses to former CEO Kyle Lee, which became a serious point of contention between officials during Lee’s departure in September.

Christmas Festivities across the Double Mountains

On the heels of Roby’s annual Christmas parade, Rotan and Aspermont are gearing up for upcoming events and community organizers are working to spread a bit of holiday cheer. The City of Roby kicked off this year’s holiday season by hosting its annual Christmas Parade last week.

Good financial news for Rotan ISD

Just before the Thanksgiving break, Rotan ISD Trustees heard from Gerald Rodgers with James E. Rodgers & Co., who presented the district’s annual financial report for 2022, which showed the district ended 2022 with a strong financial position.
