Roby CISD approves amended wind farm agreement in a split vote

The Roby CISD Board of Trustees and its legal counsel convened behind closed doors on Monday to discuss a proposed amendment to the district’s Chapter 313 Agreement with Mesquite Star LLC, the wind farm located in the district and a driving force behind the school’s bond proposal.
