Charlie Horton, 86, of Roby passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 1:00 PM in the Roby Cemetery, directed by Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home. Born November 3, 1934, in Rotan, Charlie was the son of the late Barney and Jimmie Horton.

He was born in Rotan, Texas on September 1, 1937 and graduated Hobbs High School. He married Ava Jean Highett Masters on January 8, 1980. LeRoy worked for Fiat Allis for approximately 15 years, then moved forward to other places.
