Louie Clint Hayes, born January 27, 1936, on the family farm in Fisher County, Texas, passed away December 15, 2020 at the age of 84. Louie was the son of Martin Lewis and Beatrice (Reeves) Hayes. He graduated from Hobbs High School and Howard Payne University—attending on a track scholarship.
