Rotan Jr. High Lady Hammer Track Team: Braylee Carrillo, Elizabeth Turner, Arianna Fillingim, Kate Van Poppel, Tanley Park, Madison Fillingim, Abigail Rivers, Hailey Wright, Talyn Lewis, Avery Gonzalez, Halen Gibson. They finished 1st at the Jr. High District Track Meet in Roby last Monday with a point total of 180, followed by the Roby Lady Cubs with 168, and the Aspermont Lady Stingers with a total of 63.
Roby Lady Lion Track Team: Mackenzie Castillo, Hailee Garmer, Taylor Jeffrey, Lilly Benson, Chasity Benson, Joselynn Williams, Hope Garmer, Avery Carreon, Emma Carreon, Laja Mawick. The team finished on top last Thursday at the District Meet in Aspermont, claiming numerous top 4 finishes in running & field events. The team will compete at the Area meet in Benjamin this Thursday. Roby Senior Receives Scholarship from Big Country Manufacturing Alliance & Rentech Boilers
Aspermont Tennis Team L-R: Mylee Van Meter, Regan Polk, Jasper Hoppe, Jack Bell, Jaden Flores, Keltyn Van Meter, Kade Morris, Wesley Koenig, Carson Guidry, Addi Shugart, Jessi Rabel, Lizbeth Garcia, Kenzy Blankenship, Emily Blankenship. Roby Lion Golf Team L-R: J.D. Ditmore, Houston Few, Kooper McWilliams, Dawson Shipp, Greyson Shoemaker, Cohen Lakey. The Lions took home 1st place at the Distrct Golf Tournament this past Monday in Sweetwater with a shot total of 513, with Dawson Shipp leading the pack with an individual shot total of 93.
