Deceased voters receive mail-in registration forms

Double Mountain Chronicle Editor Texas voters are receiving pre-filled voter registration forms in their mailboxes, and while returning the form will do nothing more than registering the individual to vote, many of the forms are being mailed to voters that have been deceased for years.
