Why do parks matter? Have you ever thought about that? We all see city parks in our hometowns and in places that we visit. Perhaps they blend in as a natural part of each community and we do not pay all that much attention to them. But why do cities build parks?

SHEILA MEETS THE FAMILY

Mike and Sheila Abusaab met in Durant, Oklahoma where Sheila was teaching summer classes. Mike was a student there and also managed the university cafeteria. When Sheila first saw Mike at the cafeteria she says he held his head down and seldom talked to anybody.

Stop Hiding

It's easy to hide from the issues of life. Most of us have done it. I know I was hiding from things in my life that I should have faced years ago. Unfortunately, some people spend their whole life hiding from something that they eventually will have to face one way or the other.
