Hurrah we got 7tenths of rain yesterday morning, just as went in the door at Dairy Queen it started sprinkling on us, and then it started raining. We all enjoyed the rain while we were eating our lunch.

I would like to thank the Double Mountain Chronicle for the excellent front page story supporting the 79th annual Fisher County Fair. The fair has been slow recovering in recent years, but it’s recovering. It’s a fun couple of hours on a hot summer Saturday day.
