OLD WELL BREAKS THROUGH, RAISING STATEWIDE QUESTIONS

GRANDFALLS, Texas — An unidentified flow surfaced near First Baptist Church in Grandfalls, Ward County, after an old well was reported in the area April 21. The flow pushed an oil and water mixture to the surface and prompted a response from the Texas Railroad Commission.
