Fisher County’s Historical Commission met on Tuesday, May 4th with 14 members and 1 guest, Revis Leonard. Two members of long-standing returned this year after a couple year’s absence, Mary Hudnall and Corky Steele. It was wonderful to reunite with old friends.

1 4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Melt butter in a 10 inch oven proof skillet.
• Combine Milk, flour and salt in mixing bowl; add eggs, one at a time, whipping well after each addition.
