The Aspermont City Council met on Tuesday, where council members resumed conversations about a proposition for a mass text alert system that will soon provide county-wide notifications on a wide array of matters of public interest.

Roby CISD National Honor Society gives big to local food bank

During weeks of spirited competition among student classes, the Roby CISD National Honor Society wrapped up its annual canned food drive for The Fisher County Food Pantry this month. The drive took place over two weeks with students from all grades bringing cans and money.
