The Fisher County Sheriff’s Department began enforcing state health and safety regulations on Monday, tagging vehicles for removal, issuing warnings for trash, and having numerous discussions with potential code violators throughout the cities of Roby and Rotan.

Rotan 1st United Methodist Church raises thousands for Ukrainian refugees

The First United Methodist Church of Rotan has been raising funds as Ukrainian refugees poured into neighboring countries after the Russian invasion last month, with Rotan parishioners sending roughly $15,000 to a sister church in Poland to assist those efforts.
