Stonewall Memorial Hospital District Seats New Directors, Honors Elkins’ Years of Service

Stonewall Memorial Hospital District welcomed two board members and marked the end of a longtime director’s service during its Monday, May 11 meeting, swearing in Claire Clark and Edmond Scott Lucast to new three-year terms while honoring outgoing board member Ruthie Elkins.

Fisher County Farm Bureau donates protein through Farmers

Rotan, Texas — Fisher County Farm Bureau donated 240 pounds of fresh pork to Fisher County Senior Citizens and the food bank at the First Baptist Church of Roby in its participation in Texas Farm Bureau’s Farmers Feeding Families program.
