Disaster Assistance for 2021 Livestock Forage Losses

Aspermont, Texas – August 24, 2021 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) reminds Stonewall County ranchers and livestock producers that they may be eligible for financial assistance through the Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP) for 2021 grazing losses due to drought.

300 gr flour (2 3/8 cups) 200 gr semolina (1 cup plus 1 Tablespoons) 6 eggs 1 glass water 1 small spoon salt Place the flour and semolina in a pile on a noodle board. Make a well in the flour mix and pour in the eggs (lightly beaten) and enough water to make a dough.
