Roby Lions brought home the championship title at the TLCA tournament in Abilene. They won the championship game against Ranger with a score of 52-32. Earlier in the tournament they had an intanse game against Brooksmith winning 45-44 and also defeated Rising Star 45-36. The Lady Hornets defeated the Marathon Lady Mustangs Saturday Nov. 5 to claim an Area Championship. On Tuesday Nov. 8, they would take on the Veribest Lady Falcons in the Regional Quarterfinals, but would ultimately fall in 0-3 in hard fought sets.
