Roby Lions traveled to the Wind Energy Relays in Hermleigh to compete in their first track meet of the season. Both the girls's and boys' teams brought home first place honors after competing against Hermleigh, Ira, Bronte and Loraine.

February 19, the Rotan Yellowhammers entered their Bi-District playoff game against the Benjamin Mustangs at Haskell Gymnasium. Two minutes and eight seconds into the game, the Hammers jumped out to a 4-0 lead with 5:52 remaining in the opening period.

The Lady Lions lost a hard game against the Westbrook Wildcats for the area championship. The lady Lions had trouble overcoming the lady Wildcats defense Friday night, scoring only 7 points by halftime and 27 points total.

The Roby Lions had a tough final week of games. Tuesday night they lost a hard-fought game against the Rotan Yellowhammers. The Lady Lions played their first playoff game of the season with a bi-district win against the Electra Tigers.
